With 30+ years of empowering individuals, I have helped redefine lives to achieve happiness and wholeness. While I enjoyed what I was doing, I realized that my life’s journey had been designed and orchestrated by well-meaning family members and friends. After experiencing heartache, disappointment, confusion, divorce, and a couple of failed suicide attempts; I decided that if I were going to continue living life, it would be by my own design. I took the pain of my life’s experiences and developed the program “Redefined by Design”.

IT'S TIME TO REDEFINE YOUR LIFE
Redefined by Design is a program that encourages individuals to take responsibility for their own lives, no longer looking for the answers from outside sources but from within. It teaches an individual to reflect upon their belief system, to get an understanding of what they believe and why they believe it, and how to redefine the belief if it is negative and does not serve a purpose towards wholeness.
During your coaching experience, expect the following:

worthy of all that is good and perfect for your journey.
• You will celebrate your successes as well as your struggles and see both
as important steps on the journey forward.
Here is what Coaching will require from you:

• Responsibility for executing your plan of action.
• Honesty with yourself and me even when it is uncomfortable.
You may expect me, as your Coach, to:

• Support your vision and goals and provide a structure that supports you in
making conscious choices.
• Ask you to step beyond your present limitations as you bridge the gap
between where you are now and where you want to be.
• Be an objective listener.
• Tell you the truth and give you straight feedback.
